I love real estate and interior design. It would have been my second choice had I not gone into web design. Sometimes, I get lucky enough to mesh both those worlds together – like in the case with this Real estate websites for Toronto realtor Derek Ladouceur – Toronto Real Estate Agent. We created this Real estate websites for his Toronto listings.
This responsive WordPress site has been integrated with the Toronto MLS system to automatically feed updated listings to it’s pages. There are forms for easy connectivity and I think the overall design is very clean and sharp. We are also in ongoing development to setup a VIP section for login access to the full MLS. What is known in the real estate business as a VOW (virtual office website). The above the fold content on the homepage is clear and eye catching, and the layout of text and images is highly readable in any device.
The final and most important benefit from a site like this? Because it’s a CMS (or Content Management System), with some training you can update and edit posts and pages yourself, meaning you control the costs in this ever changing real estate market.
