I worked with Canada Custom Shutters to guide them through a phased digital transformation that blended the legacy of their 2010 branding with a fresh, modern look designed to appeal to a new generation of customers. My role as Digital Marketing Manager involved overseeing the website redesign, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and managing multiple marketing platforms to drive growth and engagement.
Key Contributions:
- Website Redesign – Took a phased approach to redesigning the website, starting with an updated logo and gradually refining the branding across marketing materials. The final stage included a complete theme redesign while maintaining the core structure of the original site, creating a balance between heritage and modern appeal.
- Marketing Campaign for International Design Show – Developed and executed a comprehensive Google Ad & Meta Campaign, alongside a Hubspot email campaign that maintained contact throughout the weekend of the event. This resulted in nearly 100 leads and several high-value conversions.
- Hubspot Email Campaign & Customer Survey – Created and launched a customer survey via Hubspot, generating valuable referrals and reviews that contributed to improved brand visibility and increased reviews on Google for marketing purposes.
- Digital Marketing Management – Oversaw all digital marketing efforts, providing graphic and web design support and managing WordPress, Hubspot, Unbounce, Houzz, Homestars, and Google Services. Managed Meta ad campaigns, LinkedIn pages, and general marketing activities.
- Team Leadership – Led the marketing department, participated in meetings, and hired contractors to support ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and business growth.
